Our Century HomeShow 2024 showhouse 1 was designed for the ultimate South African lifestyle and is split over three levels. A central staircase seamlessly connects the two floors.
Level 1 of HomeShow showhouse 1
Level 1 of our gorgeous HomeShow showhouse 1 is where you’ll find the expansive garage, and sparkling swimming pool. Surrounded by an enchanting garden and beautifully designed fittings, this is where your family will spend many a sunny day.
Level 2 of HomeShow showhouse 1
The ground floor level of HomeShow showhouse 1 boasts an open plan lounge and dining room, connected to a kitchen with fully scullery. The dining room flows onto an entertainment area, overlooking the estate as a whole. This level also has an en-suite guest suite. Separate staff quarters are situated just off the kitchen area. Wrap around, floor to ceiling windows let the light in on your living area.
Level 3 of HomeShow showhouse 1
The top floor features a large main en-suite bedroom with walk-in cupboards. There are three more bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. A central pyjama lounge serves as the focus point for families to connect and relax in comfort and style. Floor to ceiling windows ensure your family enjoys plenty of natural light in these gorgeous surroundings.
