The layout of this home was designed around maximising the amount of garden space on the property, as well as maximising the connection between this garden space and each room within the home. This relationship means beautiful light within each space of the home, and this means a signature-LouiseO connection with nature and overall sense of calm exists throughout this home.
Openhouse is a Louise O, W3O venture which is leading the way in making excellence in residential architecture more accessible. The last time Louise O designed a home for a Century Homeshow, we designed that home that everyone wanted, but not everyone was able to afford. Times have changed significantly in the last 11 years, and this time we’ve set out to design once again a dream home, but this time, we want to make it a more affordable exercise for the market, without losing any of the important aspects of great design and style. We set ourselves the challenge of building a home for this show that offers unbelievable value for money, as well as intrinsic style, and complete with top quality, high-end finishes. Through clever designs, many joint years of great experience in the industry, and economies of scale, we are making dream homes a reality, not just for the fortunate people who get to buy this particular showhouse, but for many more, going forward.
