Hi Waterfall clients, It's exciting times here at Waterfall as a number of key elements of the development are taking shape. Here are some highlights: - Only 45 stands are available in the last phase of Waterfall Country Estate, these are expected to be sold out by May. - There are only 19 homes available in Waterfall Valley which are all complete so there won't be disruptions from construction workers or delivery vehicles. - The next price increase is planned for the end of March so if you have been thinking about investing now is the time. - Waterfall Crescent first phase is sold out. Construction is in progress on ext. 44 The Sheds - these clusters will be for rental only. - Construction of the Reddam House College is almost complete and the Curro school on Maxwell Drive has commenced and is anticipated to open in January 2017 - Only 9 weeks to go for the grand opening of the Mall of Africa, Century have been in talks with the mall and arranged a number of VIP benefits for Waterfall Estate residents. Look out for the exciting announcement! - There are 10 homes on resale – 3 in the Village and 7 on the Estate - The event committees of the estate HOA's are established and members are very pro-active in arranging events for the residents. Look out for invites for the retiree walks, St. Patricks day function, organised talks, Easter fun and Like to bike kids events. - The rental market is very buoyant within Waterfall with R20,000 to R42,000 per month being achieved. Rentals are expected to increase on completion of the Mall of Africa and the surrounding infrastructure. 06. Century opens new schools In a joint venture with Graeme Crawford, Century have just completed their 4th and 5th Reddam House schools in Somerset West and Northcliff. Both schools were constructed in record time and opened for the 2016 school year with resounding success. Both these private schools follow in the footsteps of Reddford House The Hills in Pretoria and Reddford House Blue Hills in Midrand that opened their doors in 2015. Riversands Incubation Hub; Century's CSI Located in Fourways, the Riversands Incubation Hub is a large-scale business incubator established in 2015 through a partnership between Century Property Developments and The Jobs Fund.
